Criteria for Group Discount:

Each individual in a group must fill out a registration form and sign a waiver

The group discount does not apply to on-line registrations

Refund Policy:
All cancellation notices must be made in writing by email, fax, or postal mail. Cancellations postmarked by Sept. 18, 2010 will be assessed a $40 cancellation fee. 50% refunds will be given for cancellations after Sept. 18, 2010. No refunds will be given for cancellations after Oct. 9, 2010.
