Fees & Benefits

Early Bird Fee (on or before Feb. 28, 2010)
Adult: $399
Child (5-9 years): $199
Child (under 5 years): Free

Early Bird prices apply if:
Your mail-in registration is postmarked by Feb. 28, 2010
Your on-line registration is completed by Feb. 28, 2010

Standard Fees (March 1, 2010 or after)
Adult: $439
Child (5-9 years): $219
Child under 5 years: Free

Non-rider Fees
For personal sag or others not riding: $439
Volunteer and the non-rider fee and the rider fee are discounted or waived. Contact us at info@shuttleguy.com for more information.

Group Discount: $50 off Standard Registration Fee
Criteria for Group Discount:

  • A group is four or more people.
  • Each individual in a group must fill out a registration form and sign a waiver
  • Send the registration forms, waivers and payment in one packet to Shuttleguy Tours.
  • The group discount does not apply to on-line registrations.
  • The discount does not apply to early bird prices.

Refund Policy:
All cancellation notices must be made in writing by email, fax, or postal mail. Cancellations postmarked by May 8, 2010 will be assessed a $40 cancellation fee. 50% refunds will be given for cancellations after May 8, 2010. No refunds will be given for cancellations after May 29, 2010.

Tour Fee Includes:

  • Camping
  • Campground fees, baggage transportation.
  • Camping is in Wisconsin State Parks. Follow the “Lodging” link if you are interested in motels or B&B's in the overnight towns. Shuttleguy offers hotel luggage delivery. Go to the Shuttleguy Tri-State Hotel Domestique page for more information about this service.

Meals
Breakfast and dinner are included. Riders are responsible for purchasing their lunch each day along the route.

Vehicle Parking
Wyalusing State Park, from Saturday, June 5 through Friday June 11.

Staff
Our engaged and helpful tour staff will be with you all along the way. Feel secure knowing you have the support you need.

Route Maps & Cue Sheets
Maps and cues for some of the best riding you will experience. You may want to keep copies of these maps to see this beautiful area again. You get them in your packets when you register at Wyalusing State Park. GPS route files will be available two weeks before the ride.

SAG wagon service
Two 15 passenger vans capable of carrying 12 bikes each (including tandems and recumbents) will cover the route. Fully equipped with first aid kits, floor pumps, water, maps and a welcoming smile, they are there to assist you as they comb the route. Your cue sheets will have the ride cell phone number listed if you need help.

Bike repair
We will arrange local bicycle shop repair services to be available in camp each evening.

T-Shirt
Wear it with pride as you remember the challenge of five days of riding to and staying overnight in some of Wisconsin most beautiful State Parks.
